Electrical and Plumbing Stage

The Plumbers are installing the pipes and electricians wiring the home, as of 10/15/11.  The mechanical systems are also going in.  It is moving quickly.  It is ready for a new Owner for the Holidays.

Home now has the first floor Framed.  Photo Taken on 9/24/11

Wood laminate flooring with a hand carved texture.  Cabinets will be the lighter color for the kitchen.  The darker color will be the crown molding and light rail on the cabinets.  The island will be the darker color.  The countertops will be the corian piece shown.  It is hard to tell with the pictures but it has a variety of colors.  Warm red, beige and even a little green tones in the wavy design.
