If there was a Realtor of the Year Gina is the person. We had had another real estate licensee from another company help us on a previous visit to Anchorage. We paid a lawyer over $1,500 to find things that Gina found for us not only on the house we purchased but on almost every one and there were SEVERAL we toured. She is very thorough.. we are new to the area but have already suggested Gina to others.

We just wanted to take a moment to write in regards to Gina Dundas. Gina recently helped us to sell our condo and purchase our new home (I worked with Gina when I bought the condo). As always Gina is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and always available when w have questions. She is very detail oriented and always lets us know when anything comes up that may affect our real estate transaction. This kind of service takes a large amount of stress out of buying/selling real estate. Gina is also an outstanding negotiator; she was able to get us more than expected for our condo (we sold it at an off peak time) and got us the new home at list price even though we were in a bidding war with 2 other parties. (Incidentally the list price was lower than the appraised value!!). Gina's service also extends beyod the end of the transaction by always being available to answer questions and give advice when needed.
We would be very comfortable recommending Gina to anyone and only hope that she is still in the Real Estate Business when we go to sell our home. Gina is a genuine asset to your company and w can not say enough good things about her
